Shipping & Returns

We Ship UPS

Normal shipping pickup time is 4PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays for UPS. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day.

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) within 5 business days of the delivery date. There will be a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped.
 • All refunds are handled as STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credits expire within 3 months. No Exceptions.
 • We will not be responsible for orders placed incorrectly, if an order is placed incorrectly, shipping dues for the return will be assumed by the customer. 
• To cancel an order that has not yet shipped please call the customer service department immediately. Please note that if an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
 • Return shipping is the customers’ responsibility. We recommend an appropriate amount of insurance be purchased to cover any freight loss or damages during the return. We only accept items be returned via UPS or USPS for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. 
• For any defective items that are shipped out requiring return of original items, the original item(s) must be received at our warehouse before a replacement is shipped out. 
• Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.) 
• For returns to be processed, you must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 5 business days of receipt before making a return. To receive an RMA number  email  us at  In your email please be sure to include the following: 
The item number(s) for the merchandise being returned 
The reason for the return
 Once an RMA number has been issued, this must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip as well as on the outside of the shipping package/box. 
Please be advised that for a return to be accepted for an in-store credit, items must be unworn & in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. 
Requests made after 5 days will not be honored.
